By accessing our website, requesting a consultation, or purchasing any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
CustomerConnection.ai provides customer-retention and communication services for local businesses, which may include social media content, customer newsletters, review-generation campaigns, customer reactivation campaigns, customer retention campaigns, and AI-powered follow-up systems. The specific deliverables for your engagement will be those described in your selected plan or as otherwise agreed in writing.
The Founding Client Pilot Program is an introductory offer priced at $197 for the first month, with no contract and no long-term commitment. To ensure every pilot client receives personal attention and hands-on support, the offer is currently limited to the first three (3) local businesses.
Pilot deliverables for the first month include 8 social posts, 1 newsletter, 1 review-request campaign, and 1 reactivation campaign, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are due as described in your selected plan. By providing a payment method, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend Services for non-payment.
Unless otherwise agreed, engagements are month-to-month. You may cancel before your next billing cycle by contacting us using the details below; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate Services if these Terms are breached or if continuing would be unlawful or impractical.
Upon full payment, you own the final marketing deliverables we create specifically for your business. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing materials, templates, tools, software, and know-how. You grant us a limited licence to use the materials, names, and logos you provide solely to perform the Services, and to reference completed work as a portfolio example unless you ask us in writing not to.
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (such as social networks, email providers, scheduling tools, and AI services). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those platforms, and changes they make may affect the Services.
We bring care, experience, and best efforts to every engagement, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as a particular number of reviews, customers, revenue, or rankings. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomerConnection.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CustomerConnection.ai and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of materials you provide, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Each party agrees to protect the other’s non-public business information shared in connection with the Services and to use it only for the purpose of performing or receiving the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / Country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in [Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
